Dylan Rafferty, President and CEO
The North Texas Association for People with Disabilities has appointed Dylan M. Lafferty as its new President and CEO. Lafferty founded DylanListed in 2012 and is dedicated to creating inclusive opportunities for businesses, entrepreneurs, nonprofits and individuals. Through his startup, he has helped thousands of people with disabilities access professional development training. Lafferty is also a frequent speaker across North Texas.

Investment technology platform Nada has appointed Tore Steen as the company’s CEO and president. Steen previously served on Nada’s board of directors since January 2024.
