Los Angeles, come join us for a night on the town! Collider is excited to announce that we’re partnering with Goldove Pictures for our upcoming special screening event and LA premiere of Lumina, a sci-fi horror from first-time feature film director Gino McKoy. Attendees will enjoy an open bar and food before the screening, as well as an after-party, but that’s not all! Read on for more details.

Written and directed by McCaughey, Lumina is a thrilling tale of a group of friends reuniting at a house party hosted by wealthy Alex (Rupert Lazarus). Despite some initial tension between Alex’s new girlfriend, Tatiana (Eleanor Williams), and his ex-girlfriend, Delilah, played by Andrea Tivader (Warrior Nunn), the night goes well. Then a mysterious, bright light appears, lights up the sky, then disappears, taking Tatiana with it. After months of her disappearance, Alex still hasn’t given up on finding Tatiana, and regroups his friends for a terrifying rescue mission. Lumina stars Eric Roberts (The Righteous Gemstones, The Dark Knight, The Expendables) and a cast of up-and-coming actors including Sydney Nicole Rogers (Maya), Ken Lawson (In the Cut) and Emily Hall (Root).
