Top Workplaces recognizes organizations that put their people first and strive for excellence. Driven by employee feedback, the awards help companies build a trusted employment brand, stand out from the competition and attract and hire the best talent in the country.
The Employer Recognition Awards are presented to organizations that listen to employee feedback and drive a people-first culture. The Top Workplaces Awards are based on Energage’s confidential, research-backed employee engagement surveys. Participating companies are measured against the industry’s most robust benchmarks, based on over 18 years of workplace culture research.
Any organization with 50 or more employees in Los Angeles County can nominate themselves to be selected as one of the County’s Top Workplaces. The program is confidential and there is no cost to participate. Only organizations that make the Los Angeles County list are made public.
Participating organizations will also be eligible to win regional and national awards for 12 months after completing the survey. Participating organizations will gain data-driven insights from employee feedback, helping them identify strengths and opportunities for improvement.
The deadline for nominations for the 2024 awards is August 9. The winner will be announced in December 2024.
