CicLAvia South LA: Explore the wonders of Western Avenue on the first Sunday of summer. A spectacular human-powered event takes place down the car-free boulevard. Admission is free and you can ride or walk as long as you like. The route is 5 miles. The subway stop is at the top of the map. What’s the date? Great: June 23, starting at 9am.
Gourmet Week at Westfield Century City: Restaurant Week is popular for its variety of discounts and prix-fixe meals. But what if the buzzworthy shopping center hosted its own week-long foodie themed event that spotlighted the incredible cuisine of its on-site eateries? It runs until June 27th, with EATALY and other favorites on the list, featuring special menu offerings.

Norton Simon Museum Garden Party: Pasadena’s artsy district always has a picturesque atmosphere, thanks to the museum’s famous artworks and the beautiful sculpture garden just beyond. Pasadena Chalk Festival: Were you worried that the popular (and free!) art of chalk art would take over our world in 2024? Worry no more. Traditionally held over Father’s Day weekend, the event will take place on the Plaza at the Pasadena Convention Center on June 22 and 23.
